The House

Lakefront home with water views from inside and the two decks, 50m from the water's edge. Inside is bright, airy and modern while the neighbourhood is friendly and low-key. The house is well-equipped and comfortable - well insulated, with a cross-breeze, fans and reverse-cycle air-con. There's a king ensuite room, small double room, study with foldout that can be configured as a queen or 2 singles + the modular lounge can be configured as a queen in a pinch.

The things we love about living here

Sunsets, beaches, walking, kayaking, biking, birds. Deck and back garden. Surf and swimming beaches are 10 min drive. Shopping centre is a short walk via lake path. Local cafes and restaurants. The Entrance is 20 min away for more options. Easy access to Sydney and Newcastle via freeway or train.

We loved Michele & Dejan's house in San Remo. Such a fabulous location with the lake view and walking track on the doorstep. We loved having a sundowner on their deck. Some great eateries and spectacular beaches a short drive away. Great communication from Michele throughout meant we were able to confirm the swap at short notice in case the weather let us down. Thank you both for an excellent stay.
