Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in Mayfield East, Newcastle, NSW
We are a family of four - myself (Emma), my partner Noel, and our 5yo daughter and 2yr old son. We love being outdoors, at the beach, and exploring new places. We are non-smokers and have no pets. Noel has an allergy to cats and dogs, so we wouldn't be able to stay anywhere that has indoor pets. We have family in Coffs Harbour and Sydney, so very open to swaps there. We are just beginning to consider overseas swaps.

Lovely three bedroom home, separate lounge, dining area and kitchen, with a kid friendly back garden. Our home is 10 minutes drive to Newcastle CBD and its fabulous beaches, and 30-40min to hunter valley wineries. We are non-smoking and have no pets.
We have reverse cycle air conditioning in lounge, ceiling fans in bedrooms and a dishwasher. We also have a claw foot outdoor bath with hot water - which the kids love!
Bedroom 1 has a king bed
Bedroom 2 has one king bed or a single bed (extendable) and a sit/stand desk with computer monitor
Bedroom 3 (child's room) has a set of king single bunk beds (low lying) and toys
We don't have a TV, but we have some board games or plenty of internet for streaming on your devices if needed. We have plenty of toys and books for a 2-4 year old, and two toddler chairs in the dining room.

My family and I loved our stay at Emma's cute cottage in Newcastle Despite the rain and floods we made it work both ends and lovely the open fire place and relaxed with cards and games happy not to have TV. Veggie garden was a real hit with my adult sons who loved your design Thankyou Emma your home is lovely
