June 14th 2020 LATEST UPDATE We are seeking to do a swap with someone in Melbourne or Daylesford from late July for a week. We would also consider all other locations to swap with, however Tassie is somewhere we would like to get back to. We are a recently retired couple who are now free to swap whenever we like as our sons have now moved to Melbourne. We are open to any offers both within Australia and Europe and as we have travelled extensively all around the world we are open to new places to visit. If you love nice beaches and world class wineries nearby by then our place would be a perfect match.

Landsort Cottage is an easy stroll to fabulous Horseshoe Bay, the Strand with the Hotel Elliot, cafes, boutique shops, the cockle train and famous Port Elliot Bakery. Quiet location surrounded by a gorgeous cottage garden. Three bedrooms, cosy lounge, newly equipped kitchen and brand new extension with extended living area, laundry and study. We are an hour drive from Adelaide.

Port Elliot is the jewel in the crown when it comes to seaside towns in SA. Fabulous Horseshoe Bay is 2 minutes away, boutique shops on the Strand, historic village which is unique with its charm and old time feel.....no McDonalds or other fast food places just the famous Port Elliot bakery!!

We had the privilege of staying at Mark & Gina's lovely place in Yarra Junction while they visited our house in Melbourne. Their house is very well situated if you are planning to have a visit to the Yarra Valley. It offers everything one could think of to have a cozy stay outside of the city! When coming back home, we were greeted by a very clean & tidy home. All we can do is highly recommend house swapping with Mark and Gina! Thanks again you two! We can't wait to repeat it soon again.

We loved staying at Mark's wonderful home in Adelaide. The location and house were fabulous for us, having young children and being so close to parks and the beach was a breeze. The view was glorious too. Mark was great to deal with and responded promptly to my questions. He and his partner looked after my home and left it clean and tidy. We would happily recommend Mark and welcome him to our home again in the future.

We have just returned from a beautiful, relaxing week at Mark and Gina's home. The panoramic sea views were absolutely stunning and the house well equipped with added bonuses including pool table and sauna. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the area, with the Hallet Cove coastal walk being a highlight. The swap was organised seamlessly with great communication from Mark via the website, phone calls, emails and texts. It was a pleasure caring for Elsa the cat, who was very easy and affectionate. Throughout the stay we each shared photos of our experiences as well as tips and extra info as required, which was appreciated. Mark and Gina left our home very clean and tidy, along with a lovely bottle of shiraz. We are so glad they loved their first house swap experience and would happily recommend them.
