We are a retired professional couple, who have worked in university and government roles in Adelaide and Darwin. We keep busy with volunteering and hobbies. We have traveled widely, sometimes doing house swapping when time permitted, and are keen to do a lot more now we are retired. We hope you will enjoy our newly renovated cliff top home.

Our luxurious home has 180 degree views of the ocean from its cliff top location. Watch the sunset while you enjoy a drink on the second floor balcony. Every inch of the house is newly renovated to a very high standard of design and comfort. The guest bedroom has a floor to ceiling wall of windows to capture the sea views and its own en-suite and walk in robe. There is a sheltered patio at the back to enjoy a morning coffee in the sun if the sea breeze is too fresh. Two ebikes available to use to visit local beaches and wineries. Finally, our two friendly indoor cats will keep you company and show you where their toys are! Not suitable for young children due to steep stairs, and cliffs at end of garden.

A great swap with Kevin and Thea. Their comfortable home is right on the cliff top and overlooks the sea, with a spectacular coastal walkway right outside. We got to know their inside cats Gingko and Gordon really well too. The car swap and the whole swap experience was effortless. .Would certainly recommend.

If you are looking for a spacious house, full of light with an unbeatable view of the sea lapping just meters away at the bottom of the cliff - look no further. The house has a modern interior, with a new kitchen and all utensils. There is no traffic around the house as the esplanade is closed at both ends of the street. Hallet Cove is 30 minutes away on the quiet electric train from the city. The hosts are friendly and excellent communicators. We are looking forward to the next time we can swap houses with Kevin and Thea.
