House Swap with us

We are healthy energetic grandparents who enjoy bikes, beach, football, cooking, reading. Lots. Lindy plays the harp; George listens happily. We have lots of friends who often call in to chat and enjoy home-made scones (George) or muffins (Lindy), or a glass of wine around the chiminea in the front garden. Our house is the small one behind our heads (not the big one on the right!)

The House

Charming cottage in cul de sac (only 14 houses) alongside park/oval with playground, outdoor cinema, cricket nets, skate bowl, basketball hoop and barbecue
Big windows overlook park...
Our home is small and colourful and quirky; and we didn't tidy it up before photographing it, so we could capture its essence.

The things we love about living here

Enjoying the park...making friends with dogs, owners
Sports of all sorts right next door
We have bats, balls, racquets, bocce, footballs, basketball Cricket gear for the wicket in the middle of the park
We can walk to the dog (and human) beach in 15 minutes or Swan River (Mosman Bay) 10 minutes. Both provide swimming and fish.
Japanese restaurant,Turkish kebabs, Nepalese and Malaysian restaurants, Coles, cafes, bars, op shops, chemist, baker, hairdresser, 10 doctors, bus and train all within five minutes walk.
Outdoor cinema across the park in summer.
