A holiday seeing any part of Australia and its inspiring landscapes is also high on our bucket list while our two boys still are at home.

Amazing Location & Views
Amazing views from upstairs rooms of the Glenelg River. The Isle of Bags jetty for fishing and launching kayaks is 100m walk from the house. Simsons boat launch & town centre are both 2 minute drives or a leisurely 12 minute walk by the river.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Four bedrooms. Bed 1 King and ensuite. Bed 2 King or Split King. Bed 3 Queen and ensuite. Bed 4 Queen and ensuite situated downstairs with separate entrance. Bedroom four available only with bookings over 6 guests. The main bathroom is situated upstairs.
Outdoor & Entertaining Areas
Front deck with majestic river views. Rear deck sheltered with BBQ & Japanese Bath House. Side breakfast deck with morning sunshine. Games room in garage area has arcade machine, pool table, table tennis, darts and soccer table.
Kitchen & Dining
Gourmet kitchen with commercial grade appliances. Dual oven, 4 burner gas plate, dishwasher, microwave, 2 fridges, Butlers pantry. Extensive crockery and cutlery. Nespresso coffee machine with selection of pods.
Five Star Luxury & Technology
Wi-Fi through whole house. Mobile reception. TVs in all bedrooms with 70 inch in living area all connected to Netflix. Underfloor heating supported by reverse cycle air conditioning. Luxury bedding with all linen and towels provided.
Entry & Carparking
Entry is via remote key pad. All external doors have key pads with no keys required. 3 Car parking spaces. One garage space with fixed remote control inside house and two driveway spaces. Room for boat (up to 7m) next to driveway.
NB. ABOUT PETS.
We take great pride in the quality and presentation of our home, and as we offer holiday accommodation to guests on a regular basis, (some who have advised us of pet allergies), we have a strict NO PET policy at our home. We ask that you respect this rule and either arrange alternate care for your pets while you holiday at Nelson, or if happy to do a simultaneous swap, we would be delighted to care for your pets while we stay at your home. We also have rodent prevention bait traps around the property, therefore can't guarantee roaming pets' safety if they were to ingest any baits.

Experience the Great South West Walk with amazing river, bush and beach views and best of all it is right in front of our house. Birdwatching, kayaking, water skiing, surfing, cave diving, fishing are all great options in Nelson Victoria.
It is a great place to base and explore the Limestone Coast with the world famous Blue Lake and volcanic region in Mount Gambier along with Mt Schank where you can climb the 100m high dormant volcano. With world famous sinkholes and Ewans Ponds for cave diving or exploring the Coonawarra wine region their is a host of places to visit with amazing gourmet food options.

Nelson is a treasure and this property is spectacular. Beautifully kept, excellently presented and has all the amenities, entertainment and bedrooms to suit our big family. The outdoor setting perfectly complimented the river views and the large dining and living area made evening family time easy. Bedrooms and the ensuites are comfortable. All in all a stunning place, location and home! Patrick and Kellie made the swap very simplistic. I can't thank them enough. We highly recommend completing a swap with them and their lovely holiday home.
