Self-employed professional couple with 1 daughter aged 6. All well travelled and looking to head away over the Xmas holidays. We are very house proud and will look after yours like our own. We have completed two swaps and both were wonderful experiences!

Two story family home in the heart of Mermaid Waters, walking distance to Pacific Fair, Broadbeach/ Mermaid Beach, 900mts to the beach, G-link tram, Star Casino.
Downstairs comprises:
Open plan living and dining room with modern kitchen and bathrooms. Once ensuited bedroom, guest bathroom, children's playroom, large home office and laundry. Outdoor undercover alfresco area with bbq and pool.
Upstairs comprises:
Master bedroom upstairs (with ensuite and balcony), 2 extra bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 queen bed), main bathroom and tv/ rumpus room.

We have a dog Bruno (5 year old Pugalier) and cat Rupert (4 year old ragdoll cross). We are happy to look after your pets if you'd be happy to look after our pets. Although we can find accommodation for them if not.
