We are an adventure loving family with 3 kids aged 13-15. We love Bondi beach, its many cafes and restaurants as well as the easy access to Sydney, its festivals and activities during summer. Over the years have had many positive experiences renting or swapping our house. We are neat and tidy and will be take good care of your property. I (Pascal) am originally French and work in a Bank, while Sabina is Colombian and works in a museum. We met in Sydney 20 years ago and made Australia our place.

Our 4 bedroom beach house in Bondi Beach is located in a quiet street yet so close to cafes, restaurants and fabulous Bondi Beach, which is a 5-10 minutes stroll away.
The house is modern, well equipped and comfortable, with a gourmet kitchen, a leafy outdoor area with BBQ and a deck/ balcony upstairs. Ideal for families.
Air conditioning, Wifi, sound system, Netflix and Nintendo available. We can also provide surf boards.
Car parking is available. We are looking for swaps with houses on the NSW coast for Xmas (from 6 Jan) or Easter school hols

Our house is in North Bondi, a 5-10mn stroll away from the beach. This family friendly area is a great retreat from the bustle of Bondi
A great organic bakery, cafes, shops and bottle shop and chemist are at the end of our street.
Restaurants, gelaterias, supermarket and the week end farmer's market are within 5mn walk from the house.Many festivals (outdoor cinema, concerts) take place in Bondi and nearby during summer.
And of course, Sydney is only a 10mn drive away or accessible by bus, train or ferry (from nearby Rosebay)

Pascal's is a great place in a great, buzzing part of Bondi. The house was exactly as described and Pascal was fantastic to deal with throughout. His family left our place spotless. Can't recommend highly enough.

We had an amazing time staying in North Bondi at Pascal and Sabina's house. The house is a short walk to nearby cafes and eateries. A gentle 10 minute walk sees you at Bondi Beach. A short drive or bus trip is Bondi Junction for shopping, the CBD, or South Head for amazing scenery. The house itself is very liveable with all that you need. Pascal and Sabina were easy to deal with and made our first house swap a very memorable one.
