I am a mum to 2 beautiful little boys aged 5 and 7, and we love travelling and going on adventures! We often camp, visit friends or use Air BNB, but house swapping makes perfect sense to me and we've enjoyed 3 great swaps to date I am a pretty laid back person who teaches after school art lessons and works on a variety of other art projects alongside raising my little men. I am seperated from their father, but we still have a great relationship and often tag on to each others holidays with the kids. We could spend hours at the beach, go riding bikes, play with toy cars or simply chill in front of a good movie. My partner and I take short breaks with/without them from time to time too. We are clean, tidy and respectful people who enjoy a change of scenary sometimes- even though we live in a paradise holiday destnation ourselves!

My home is located on a quiet residential street just minutes from the heart of Airlie Beach. There is a local convenience store, bottle shop and cafe a short walk away, and The Jubilee Tavern just a couple of minutes further. You can walk to Airlie Beach township in under 30 minutes, it is an easy, flat walk.
The house itself is clean and comfortable with fresh, neuatral decor and tiles throughout. There are 3 bedrooms in total - mine is a large room with a queen bed and adjoining bathroom, the boys room has a bus shaped single bunk bed, and the 3rd room is my art/massage studio with a king single bed. There is a double sized fold out couch, queen size Euro-type bed, and other single mattresses for guests. I'm happy to discuss other arangements if required.
There is a main 'adult' lounge area, and a seperate kids nook with couch, toys and tv, which I find very handy! This comes off their bedroom where they have their own ensuit too.
I have recently had the huge pool area upgraded along with the patio that overlooks it. The gardens are minimal and low maintenance tho a few pot plants require watering, and it'd be appreciated if you could keep our fish alive lol.

The heart of Airlie Beach is less than 3 kms away. There is a huge varierty of attractions, tours, restuarants and bars to choose from, and we have an amazing selction of muso's who play througout town every day/night. Airlie also has a lage man made lagoon right on the foreshore, and offers Saturday morning markets every week. There are many bush walks and swimming holes that can be explored, along with the islands and outter Great Barrier Reef. Eungella is couple of hours away and offers platypus, spectactular views and walking trails too.

Brigette was great to communicate with both before and during our stay . Bridgette's home was a little out of town in a quiet and really friendly neighbourhood . Was lovely sitting outside of a morning watching the most over the mountains whilst having our morning coffee . Pool was big and fabulous. We were also very grateful that we swapped cars .
