We are a relaxed 34 year old and 30 year old professional couple with 1 child. Emma is from New Zealand and Simon is from the UK. Our son Winston (Winnie) is 15months old. Emma works in marketing, catering & events, so love to cook and eat out (happy to recommend like 500 restaurants to try) - and we both love to travel. Simon works in Data Analytics. We are both fully vaccinated and non-smokers. Our home is comfortable, clean, uncluttered and suitable for young families. Ideally looking for simultaneous swap. Happy to look after some pets. Will look after your home like it was our own.

A comfortable 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom family home in a quiet, safe cul de sac in one of Perth's best Northern suburbs.
In terms of location, our home is tough to beat. Our house is 5mins drive to some of Perth's best Northern beaches, you are 2min walk from a local shopping area with restaurants / cafe strip, and 7mins drive to a large shopping mall and train station.
The Northern suburbs of Perth are known for casual laid back and SAFE lifestyle, epic SUNSETS, and plenty of spots for great coffee and food.
Only 20-25 mins drive to the city - we are perfectly located to explore the stunning coastline - head south or north along the coast and explore the coastal suburbs, or inland to the city. This is an ideal spot for an introduction to Perth / WA or a holiday to see family.
THE HOUSE
Two adjoining living areas (one TV lounge and one sitting room with play areas for kids), separate dining, kitchen, two bathrooms (master ensuite with shower and main bathroom with shower, separate bath and separate toilet), large outdoor area with covered patio with small BBQ, pizza oven, outdoor TV, firepit & kids play equipment.
Bedrooms: Master bedroom with shower ensuite, large nursery with cot (which could easily accommodate camp beds or blow up mattress), Guest bedroom 1 with queen bed, Guest bedroom 2 with king single IKEA daybed (does pull out to a double bit room might be tight), Home office (could fit portacot/camp bed / airbed if so inclined).
Fully climate controlled with ducted and reverse cycle airconditioning/heating - keeping you cool in Perth Summer or cosy in Winter.
Kitchen has all the usual suspects - fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, blender, cooking paraphernalia. We also have a small barbecue in outdoor area, as well as a gas pizza oven.
Plus enough platters, serving bowls and ramekins to make the grazing board of your dreams while you relax outside.
Laundry equipped with washer & dryer - plus a covered clothesline outside. We have an additional dedicated drinks fridge in the laundry.
Guests are welcome to use anything at our home that might make their trip more fun/comfortable - like foam surf board, tennis rackets, squash rackets, yoga mats, gazebo, beach shade sail, pop up shade tent, beach trolley, beach towels, industrial sized bottles of sunscreen (Simon is British) ..... If its not locked - knock yourself out.
Our house is babyproofed and child-friendly for those travelling with kids. The backyard is completely fenced/secured. Happy to coordinate swaps with other families with young children and share things like car seats and portacots etc. Open to swapping car/s (2016 Holden Trax and 2019 Ford Escape, both with car seats).

THE CAT
We do have a rescue cat - so we need guests willing to feed our fluffy monster. She's very wary of new people, but will grudgingly accept you after a few days. Zampi is allowed out during the day through her cat flap, but we bring her inside in the evenings. She is more than OK to be left for a full day or night (with food and water), if you would like to explore or stay out late.
