Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in Lakesland, Southern Highlands , NSW
We are a family of 4 with 2 boys 9 and 12 . We enjoy the outdoors in both the bush where we live and the coast where we holiday . While at home we enjoy motorbiking and quad biking around the trails on the property , horse riding , bush walking and horse riding. While away we love taking the boat out fishing , skiing and spending days on the beach bodyboarding . We have just decided to home school the kids and spend the next few years home swapping to awesome locations around Australia for months at a time . My wife Kellie is on dialysis every night and once a week at a hospital so we have to stay somewhere close . We have a Cavoodle outside dog and Russian blue indoor cat that would have to come along for teh ride.

The house is a fully renovated 4 bedroom house with theatre room and several outdoor undercover entertaining areas . It is set on 130 acres of bushland adjoining world heritage Nattai national park with bush trails for motorbike and horse riding . The designer manicured gardens create a resort style feel as you sit around the fire pit on the large deck areas. The property is almost off grid with Solar power and tesla battery , more than ample water tanks adn damns adn a large vegie patch with chooks . The property has a small nursery at the rear and grounsdsman to maintain all the outdoor areas.

Bushland setting with approx 11 acres clear under pasture with horses of the total 130 acres . There are endless hiking trails adjoing the property and many horse riding and motorbike trails on the proeprty including a large swimming hole and seasonal waterfalls . There is mermaids swimming hole nearby or Woolongong beaches are under an hour away . Local orchards have tours adn picking days when in season but the spectacular landscpe gardens are the main attraction if you here to relax. Local kangaroos , wallabies adn , black cockatoos , kookaburras and many more share the property and usually kangaroos can be seen in the paddock from the dining room and entertaining areas.
