We had a wonderful stay in Ocean Grove at Melissa and her family's home. Their house is amazing, the location fantastic and best of all....their adorable dog Murphy! Melissa was so helpful and friendly, and communication was spot on! Melissa has completed many successful house swaps, so she knows what she is doing!!

We had a wonderful stay in Ocean Grove. So grateful for this swap. The house offered everything we needed. We loved family movies in their movie room! We looked after their dog, Murphy, he is huge, but such an easy dog to look after, he's very sweet. And they kindly let us bring our moodle. We loved taking the dogs for walks on the beach and around the neighbourhood. We enjoyed swimming in the ocean, the nearby waterpark, a bit of surfing, shopping, food. This was our first house swap and it made for a stress free holiday. Melissa and Co left our place spotless, almost as if no one had been there.

We were so grateful to have Mel offer her family home to us for 5 nights on a non-simultaneous swap. Being only an hour from our home and 30 mins to my husbands work it allowed us to feel like we were on holiday while he worked. Mel's home is simply beautiful, decorated superbly and in such a lovely estate with daily necessities like supermarket, chemist, take-away, bakery 5 minutes drive or a 15min walk. We enjoyed the Adventure Park WinterGlow festival, lunch at Flying Brick Cidery, kicked the soccer ball at the local recreation reserve, went for a swim at the aquatic centre and watched numerous movies in their amazing theatre room. The home has literally everything you need. Our boys loved the kids toys being the same age, the trampoline and monkey bar set. Murphy though was an absolute highlight. That dog is human I swear. Such a blessing to care for him. Mel's communication was exceptional and all went so smoothly.

We enjoyed a lovely five nights staying at Melissa and family’s beautiful home in Ocean Grove. The home is extremely spacious and comfortable and very well equipped including an amazing cinema. Their dog Murphy is very sweet and well behaved (very easy to look after). We recommend a stay at Ocean Grove as there is so much to see and a beautiful beach - great for teaching young and old kids to surf! The house is very convenient with shops and restaurants nearby (and a gym).

We had a fantastic holiday at the home of Mel and family. The house is beautiful, homely, modern and very large! It had everything you could want in a holiday home, plus the bonus of a awesome home cinema with surround sound! The weather was so amazing during our stay that we rarely got to use it, but it would be just fabulous for cold, wintery nights. The location of the home was also perfect. Gateway to the Great Ocean Road, but also so close to the many other sights the Bellarine has to offer. The trip on the ferry over to Sorrento was a highlight. Murphy the big friendly loveable Groodle was a pleasure to dogsit - he was no trouble and incredibly well-behaved. He was playful and very gentle with our own little dog. Mel and Travis left our home in a spotless condition and we would highly recommend them to other swapping families. Thanks so much for a wonderful holiday!!

We have just had the pleasure of a 3 night stay at Mel and Travis's beautiful, stylishly furnished Ocean Grove home. Mel was so helpful in all communications, even giving us her tips for good places to visit locally. The house was really comfortable and decked out with all the mod cons and every comfort you could wish for. An easy place to stay with kids, my kids enjoyed the sun filled playroom with plenty of toys and the great yard with trampoline and awesome climbing frame. And no need to head to the movies, the cinema room was a treat ! The location is amazing - short car ride to beautiful surf beaches and boutique shops an easy walk to Kingston village with cafes, supermarkets, take aways and fantastic paths to ride/scooter/skate/walk with a big park and lake for the kids to enjoy close by. On return we found our house in imaculate condition. We would very highly recommend swaps with this family as they are respectful, trustworthy, clean, tidy and treated our home as it was their own. Last but not least Murphy the Groodle, such a sweet very well trained/ behaved dog we absolutely loved having his company. He was easy to look after and I throughly enjoyed having a walking buddy and lots of cuddles. We look forward to future swaps with Mel, Travis and their lovely family. We had a great exchange experience with Mel and Travis. Their home in Ocean Grove was large and beautifully furnished complete with an outdoor BBQ area and their gentle dog Murphy. We enjoyed going to the beach, bike riding and the kids enjoyed long walks with the dog and stopping by the very big local playground which is only 2 blocks away. The house manual was clear and they left my apartment very clean. I highly recommend swapping with this family.

We just got back from an amazing 4 night stay in Ocean Grove. The house was absolutely beautiful...❤❤ It was so lovely, clean and inviting, with all the mod con's you could dream of... Mel was amazing, she thought of everything and was so lovely and obliging. We had the pleasure of meeting Murphy (groodle) who was an absolutely delight to look after. Mel and her family left our home immaculate. We would love to visit their home again in the future, and would definitely recommend Mel and her family as someone you would be delighted to swap with.
