Hi there I'm an independent 60 something woman who loves travelling in comfort. My home is my castle and as I'm on the move a fair bit I thought joining House Swap a no brainer. I love taking in live music, theatre, concerts, galleries etc. I enjoy being outdoors, swimming, walking and currently learning to play golf. My partner lives elsewhere and we thought we'd like to do some adventuring together.

The House

Light, airy, open plan living facing north east.
Large covered deck.
3 comfortable sized bedrooms.
Main bedroom with small ensure, leads onto north facing deck.
Other bedroom close to main bathroom, with access to front courtyard which has cold shower for washing off that salty sea water.

The things we love about living here

I love Valla Beach, beautiful pristine beaches, (dog friendly at North Valla)nature reserves all around, (kangaroos guaranteed) the magnificent estuary, great for snorkelling, paddle boarding and fishing.
Great surfing when it's on.
Two fabulous cafes, The Beach Hut at the headland and Nourish Cafe & Grocer for fabulous coffee, food, takeaway or dine in.
It's licensed and has many delicious treats.
There's a doctor, pharmacy and pathologist as well.
Not forgetting, there's a Tavern and bottle shop too.
We're 10 minutes from Nambucca Heads and
30 from Coffs Harbour.
