We are a young retired couple, we have one daughter that lives in Secret Harbour, south of Perth, Australia, we both love travelling worldwide but we spend alot of our time visiting our daughter in Perth. We both keep very fit cycling, hiking etc. We are now pet free, after sadly losing our dog in 2021. We are both non smokers. After our very successful first swap we are now looking to book around February 2024 for 3 months.

We own a detached 2 bedroom bungalow (single storey) with stunning countryside views. The bungalow is in a very quiet cul de sac in a small village with many countryside footpaths on the doorstep. We have oil fired central heating/provides hot water and a log burner in the lounge which is very cosy for those winter evenings. The lounge has a large flat screen TV with full sky package and fast broadband speed (sky also in second bed/dining room). Our second bedroom is currently used as a bedroom/dining room with sofa bed and TV. The bathroom has a large shower but no bath. The kitchen has a 2 seater breakfast bar next to window overlooking the countryside. Fitted with double oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
Car swap negotiable but there is an insurance fee applicable in the UK.

Our bungalow is located in the small Suffolk village of Witnesham (IP6 9ET) just outside the town of Ipswich. The next village has a train service to Ipswich/London etc. We are very lucky to have 2 pubs within walking distance and 2 more a 5 minute drive away and there is also a Golf course nearby. Located 80 miles from London and 20 miles to the coast. Nearby coastal towns are Felixstowe, Aldeburgh and Southwold and many in-between. There are several Castles in Suffolk and nearby Norfolk including Framlingham and Orford.

Kerry and Sue left our home and car in pristine condition. We could not have hoped for a better swap. Their home in Ipswich UK was perfect for us. Modern bungalow in a small quiet village, walking distance to a cute pub, only 15mins drive to Ipswich and then easy train access into London. The views from the kitchen over the farmers field was very peaceful. Loved every minute of it. Thanks for sharing your home Kerry and Sue.
