House Swap with me

Hi everyone, I'm Laura. I am a lawyer in my late 30's who loves travel, ocean swimming and great food. Over the past couple of years I have been able to work remotely and we have offices in other states so I thought a house swap would be a great way to explore new places. I love my apartment and suburb but, like many, have spent a lot of time here in recent times! I'm also planning to take some long service leave in the second half of 2022. I'm clean, considerate and very house proud. I will take care of your home like it is my own.

First floor apartment with views of the ocean.
Light-filled living/dining area is fitted with quality, comfortable furniture. All streaming services are accessible via the TV.
The two bedrooms are fitted with comfortable queen beds. The second bedroom also has a desk.
1 bathroom with shower. Balcony with BBQ and views of the ocean.

The things I love about living here

Proximity to Bondi and Tamarama beaches, both a 5 minute walk.
Short stroll to cafes, restaurants, bars and supermarkets, to Icebergs for a cocktail or swim in its landmark ocean pool, and to popular Gould Street for shopping.
Each room enjoys beautiful natural light and tranquil, ocean and/or green vistas.
Very quiet but close to everything.
Easy access the CBD - direct bus stop is 5 minutes away.
Easy access to Bondi Junction train station - bus stop directly across the road.
