There are comfortable living spaces with front and back garden. The location is close to all amenities with easy access to to the Melbourne CBD.

Helen was lovely to chat with regarding exchange arrangements. Their terrace house is beautiful and so convenient for doing all things Melbourne city. No car needed as we could walk, tram or cheap uber to all the city highlights. Glad we could offer a QLD escape from the cold.

Wonderful home and wonderful people to house swap with. Helen's house is a stylishly furnished and very comfortable terrace house. Situated in a quiet part of Melbourne while also being close to the tram stop and city. After a day in the city / attractions we looked forward to coming 'home' to the lovely gardens, veranda and comfy couch and beds. Was very easy to organise the swap, find everything we needed and to chat with over the phone. Appreciated the parking permits too even though it is a quiet street with plenty of available parking. A tranquil home in the city. Highly recommended.
