We are a young family of four. We love the beach, walking, and being outdoors. We plan to travel to Fremantle at the start of next year (Feb - May) to catch up with family and friends, then take a road trip home. We love our little home and take pride in it; we would take good care of your home as if it was our own.

Our house is a 3 bedroom home. We have an open-planned living-dining area and decking out the front back and side of the house. Our house looks out over a lagoon with a beautiful view which is constantly changing depending on the weather. We love watching the various birds from our living room and can even see dolphins feeding from time to time. As well as the lagoon across the road our house is a short walk (5 minutes) from the beach.
We have 3 bedrooms. One with a queen-size bed. The other two each have a single bed.

Clifton Beach is located about 35minutes out of Hobart on what is known as the sunny Eastern Shore! Clifton Beach has a surf beach and a lagoon, as well as a cape (Cape Deslacs) all of which are beautiful for walks. The cape is home to a Shearwater colony where you can see the birds' burrows that they return to year after year. The lagoon is home to a number of different shore birds. Clifton Beach is 10 minutes away from Lauderdale where there are a number of shops for groceries and a handful of cafes and restaurants. The South Arm Peninsula where Clifton Beach is located is dotted with lots of different beaches, lagoons and bays as well as bike and walking tracks.
