Hi! We are Kati and Ash and we have two fun-filled little currently four and two. Kati is an occupational therapist and Ash works remotely for a international aid agency. We love our jobs, our kids and our outdoors lifestyle exploring all that is around here with the boys.

We live in a beautiful renovated old cottage style house from 1949. It is spacious (one lounge room and one separate rumpus room), warm, has an excellent kitchen, showers are amazing, and has an awesome large flat backyard for the kids with a trampoline and playground. There are three bedrooms set up as bedrooms (queen, king single, double), plus a sofa bed in the rumpus room that can be used as well. We have two home offices in case you need to work while here and a small gym space.
We have mountain bikes, a double kayak, kids bikes and scooters and countless toys = enough to keep you busy! We have planted in three raised veggie gardens, a raspberry patch and have a variety of young fruit trees including apple, pear, peach and lemon.

Ulverstone is a small relaxed coastal town in Northwest Tasmania roughly halfway between Devonport and Burnie. We have a beautiful river and beaches and great parks for the kids. Our home is a 15 minute walk into the main part of town and to the beach. There is so much to do around here for any type of traveler - Cradle Mountain (1hr 10mins), Devonport (15mins), Sheffield (35mins), Penguin (10 mins), Launceston (1hr 15mins), Leven Canyon (40mins) plus countless natural experiences such as penguin rookeries, wildlife sancuaries, hiking, waterfalls, beaches and mountains.
