Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in Wollongong, Illawarra, NSW
Geoff is a chartered accountant & stockbroker and Annie both a clothes model and cleaner. We live on the coast and enjoy the beach, pools and golf. We are members of North Wollongong Surf Club one of the best beaches in Australia. We have no pets but are happy to accept guests with a pet. We are a couple and Annie's kids aged 10 &12 live with us. We can accommodate up to 5 adults guests including children. Bedding includes 1 mega king bed, 1 queen, 1 adult rollerway bed and a bordered cot. We are very keen to explore other parts of Australia and the world, from weekend getaways to one month stays. When we lived in Sydney and did short term rentals in 2019 and 2020, we won Australia's Online Travellers Reviews Award, so we know how to host guests. We now just wish to travel as much as possible including house swaps.

We own and live in a large front 2 Br unit on the 4th floor with wide ocean and city views. The unit is very spacious with a wrap around balcony, see floorplan in the photos.
Our unit is fully renovated.
We have secure parking and 16/7 concierge facilities.
Although we don't have pets, a pet is welcome.
We are happy to look after pets.
Bedroom One has a large 55 inch smart TV, with also Netflix and Stan, a workstation, and a large ensuite.
Bedroom Two has a mega kink bed and a separate bathroom.
The kitchen has an induction cooktop, oven, coffee machine, Breville juicer and Breville bullet, toaster and kettle.
The dining room has a large 6 seater table.
The living room has a large L shaped lounge, 55 inch smart TV and a second workstation.
The balcony has a 6 seater outdoor table setting, and an L shaped lounge.
We are open to house swaps in coastal areas of Australia for 2-4 day long weekends, school holidays, and Easter

In Sept 2022 Wollongong was host to the UCI World Cycling
Championships.

Geoff & Annie looked after our home with the greatest care and consideration, as if it was their own home. They also provided two wonderful hints on how we can make our next house swap even better. Their apartment in Wollongong was very comfortable and spacious for our group of 5 adults, and in a very convenient location, adjacent to all necessary public transport - trains, free CBD bus, and other Illawarra buses. We loved their area which is within walking distance of the CBD with all its large shopping centre, entertainment precinct, and many different cultured restaurants and the fabulous Beaton Part Leisure Centre It was only 5 minutes drive to the local beaches, parks, pools, and many other highlights Wollongong has to offer. Their many beaches all within proximity are spectacular. To be able to agree on exchange on use of cars was so helpful, and it was nice of Geoff to detail our car on his last day. Geoff & Annie emailed us a very comprehensive WELCOME PACK on all the above prior to our stay, which we found extremely helpful to maximise our stay. I would like to thank them both for allowing us to take advantage of their home exchange and wish them good luck with their future endeavours.
