The House

Our home is an architecture designed, contemporary space with high cathedral ceilings and natural light. Open plan living and dining room, with bonus sitting room next to the modern kitchen which opens out to alfresco deck. The second level offers a mezzanine retreat suitable as home office or quiet reading space, and a very spacious master bedroom (king bed) with wonderful natural light and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom on the ground floor has Queen bed and semi-ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom has been set up as a home office.

The things we love about living here

Tucked away in a quiet little nook amongst the inner city we love that Leederville, Mount Hawthorn and North Perth café strips are all a short walk away. Oxford St is an easy 5 min walk with access to cafes, shopping and the Luna Palace cinema.
We were drawn to our property because of the unique & inspiring architectural design with soaring high ceilings, curved walls and clever use of space & floor plan making the home a fabulous place to live. And to top it all off we live amongst a lovely warm community of neighbors.
We love this location in North Perth, from here we can take a walk around Lake Monger, and enjoy a swim at Beatty Park, or take the train to Fremantle for the day.
It's so easy to walk to the train, or hop on a bus. Both freeway entrances are super close. Walk score - 79/100 - very walkable!
