Let us know if you are interested in a swop for January or February at a beach location that is driving distance from Sydney. We are a semi-retired couple from Sydney, Australia, age 60 and 61. Peter is a retired Management Consultant and Pam still works part-time as a Clinical Psychologist. We have lived in Sydney for 35 years but are originally from the UK where we still have lots of family and friends around London, Oxford and Bristol. We are particularly interested in swops of 3-12 weeks in the above areas of the UK but also interested in swops of a few days to a couple of weeks in Australia. We have an 12 year old dog who loves to travel with us if it's in NSW but this is not essential as he can stay with friends when we travel if you are not a dog lover. We also have adult children who sometimes join us if the home is big enough. As we are new to house-swopping we don't have any reviews on this website at the moment. However we have done many AirBNBs and housesits and have 100% ratings from our hosts. Please contact us for details.

Our home is a beautiful modern townhouse in a quiet development only 2.5kms from the centre of Sydney. It is ideally suited to a couple who want high quality accommodation in a very convenient location. Although it is a 3 bedroom house, we will close off our bedroom and the other rooms will be set up like a hotel room for you. We will completely clear wardrobes and drawers for you use and there will be no one else's personal items around! The main bathroom will also be completely cleared for your use. In your bedroom, the bed can be set up as one king size or two singles. There is also a lovely large room on third storey which can be used as an additional bedroom.
We have a lovely sunny courtyard off the living area and another courtyard off the dining area which we spend a lot of time in as it's totally private.
