Three bedroom semi walking distance to Coogee Beach.
Our home is newly renovated and has three bedrooms, each room with a double bed.
We have one main bathroom with a bath and shower, plus, a separate toilet and basin in the laundry room.
There is off street parking for one car and a contained back yard.
We have reverse cycle heating & air conditioning plus fans in each bedroom.
Our ginger cat; Leo lives here so, if you swap with us you would need to appreciate he comes with the house. He is pretty easy to look after but cat lovers are preferred.

We had a lovely stay at Claire's house in Randwick. A beautiful renovation, it was a calm and relaxing space with a lovely cat called Leo. Spotlessly clean, we had everything at our fingertips, including off street parking- a rare find for the East. Claire, was very easy to communicate with. We kept in contact throughout our stay and offered each other local tips, which was very helpful. We definitely would like to go again. Highly recommended.
