Lockdowns taught us to try and seize the moment so we are looking for adventures and the opportunity to see more of Australia. The House

Our home is a renovated weatherboard in a quiet suburb just 13kms from Melbourne's CBD.
It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 living areas (one of which has a sofa bed)
It has a large modern, open plan kitchen and living area with doors out onto an undercover deck complete with TV, outdoor blinds and heaters.
Our backyard is perfect for kids with a cubby house and lots of room.
We also have a fernery and fish pond where you can read the paper and enjoy a coffee

The things we love about living here

- We are a short train ride to Melbourne's CBD and often go into the city for the footy, shopping and to visit the gardens and aquarium.
- We are a short train ride to the Melbourne Zoo.
- We have a lot of parks, walking tracks and playgrounds close to home.
- We have some great cafes nearby with friendly staff who know us well and will treat you like a local.
- Our neighbourhood is quiet and safe.
