My house is on Land for Wildlife, set in the bush only 12 minutes from Maroochydore, 7 minutes to Nambour, 25 minutes to Montville and smack bang in the middle of the Sunshine Coast. We have an Eco system for water and waste, birds to watch, quiet hilltop position.
There are 2 bedrooms in the main house with full kitchen/living area.
I do have an old retired greyhound.
