The House

A newly renovated cottage with a small garden and large private back deck, located in a quiet street within easy walking distance to Healesville's restaurants, cafes, wineries, gin distillery and other amenities. It's a short drive to the Sanctuary, Tarra Warra museum of art with its award winning architecture, Chocolaterie, RACV Country club, Maroondah Reservoir Park, Queens Park with tennis courts and outdoor swimming pool.

The things I love about living here

An outer eastern suburb of Melbourne giving easy access to the city but with all the pleasures of the Yarra Valley. Healesville gets thousands of visitors from Melbourne every weekend in summer and autumn to
experience the treed environment, majestic mountain ash, ancient oaks, eucalypts and stringy barks, but with the vibrant buzz of world class wineries and restaurants.
The house is an easy walk to the centre of town which makes shopping a pleasure rather than a chore.
Why endure the chaos, noise and traffic of the city when you can relax here and travel in easily by bus, train from Lilydale, or by car on the Eastern freeway.
Close proximity also to the Dandenongs, Puffing Billy and many other attractions.
