House Swap with us

SWAPS IN SCHOOL HOLIDAYS ONLY AT THIS STAGE *** We love where we live and want to give you an an opportunity to experience Warrnambool! We are a family of 5. We are both teachers and have three children aged 4, 2 and 10 months. Prior to children we were fortunate to travel the world for 2 years whilst being based in London. Our travelling days have since slowed down dramatically as we've welcomed our two sons and baby girl into the world. We now want to start making holiday memories with our children and exploring our wonderful country. We have a dog (please note he is an inside dog, should you have any allergies) however during stays he will be at the kennels so you don't need to worry about caring for him. Warrnambool is Victoria's most liveable city, Situated at the end of The Great Ocean Road, home to over 35,000 people, beautiful beaches, parks and gardens and where Southern Right Whales come to give birth every year between June - September.

The House

The House

Situated in North Warrnambool, our family home is a late 80's brick build with secure fencing all around the property. Our home has 4 bedrooms (one is currently being used as a playroom but does have a single futon as a bed). Master has a king bed and ensuite. The boys bedroom has two king single beds. The nursery has a cot and a king single bed). Seperate kitchen and dining area and a large lounge area. We have a massive deck with roof overlooking a very large backyard equiped with swing, trampoline and slide, sandpit and grassy area. Relax on the deck with a drink watching tv, having a bbq or watching over the yard and enjoying all the bird life that visit our established trees. If you are after luxury please note that this is not the house for you. We don't have the latest bathrooms or kitchen however it is clean and we love our home, we take so much pride in it. It's our castle.

We had an amazing time staying at Christina's place and we're so happy with the swap. Christina has a beautiful home only minutes from the main drag of Warrnambool and around the corner from all the local conveniences. The kids were entertained from the moment we arrived and everything was perfectly set up to accommodate our needs. The house includes an enormous covered back deck and garden coupled with an amazing play room and set up for the kids. Everything was beautifully clean on arrival and Christina's incredible hospitality did not go unnoticed. The communication with Christina was super easy and she was prompt and forthcoming throughout the entire process. Her recommendations for the local area made our stay even easier and we had the best time exploring all that Warrnambool (and surrounds) has to offer. When we returned home, Christina left our house in impeccable condition and the whole experience was an entirely pleasant experience. We look forward to connecting with Christina and her family again and would highly recommend them for any future swaps. Thanks again to Christina and her family! What a beautiful experience for our first house swap.
