We are a family of 3 who loves to explore new places and enjoy an adventure. We are very active and our 14-year-old son leads the way. We enjoy beach volleyball, tennis, bike riding, swimming so we are hardly indoors. We love animals and will look after yours if you have any. Despite having a teenager at home we are still very neat and tidy and promise to look after your home.

Features spacious open plan lounge & dining area opening onto balcony with views over swimming pool & tennis court, modern gas kitchen with stainless steel appliances (including dishwasher), 2 generous bedrooms, both with built-in wardrobes and main with ensuite bathroom, full main bathroom, internal laundry plus undercover security parking.
The main bedroom has a king-size bed, the second bedroom - a king single and a sofabed. There is also a foldable chair which becomes a single bed.
Complex features shops and cafes, outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, basketball courts and 24-hour security surveillance. Just a short stroll to Sydney Park and Erskineville Village's shops, cafes, shops & restaurants.

We had a lovely stay in Marina's apartment in Erskineville. They have everything you need for a great stay and it's in such a great spot!! We did hire a car but we also walked a lot and used public transport - there are 2 stations within an easy walking distance. Sydney Park is great to walk around, and you are so close to all the inner west has to offer, plus a short drive to some great beaches. The pool at the complex is great in warm weather, and overall we just had a really brilliant time. The family looked after our 2 cats for us and the house was spotless on our return. Definitely recommend a swap with these guys :)

Many thanks to Marina and family for a lovely long weekend in Sydney. Their apartment is in a great location, close to Newtown, the city, trains, parks, etc. The apartment is lovely and clean, and surprisingly spacious - accommodated our family of 5 with no problem! We came home to a clean house and a happy kitty - thank you so much!

We had a fantastic stay at Marina's apartment. Our kids loved the access to the pool & basketball courts. We loved being very close to the train line to the city and the restaurants in Newtown. We also enjoyed the close proximity to Centennial Park and the eastern suburb beaches. Their apartment was large enough for our family of four and we had everything that we needed. Also, they left our home in an immaculate condition. A great house swap. Cheers!
