House Swap with us

We are a recently retired professional couple who enjoy travelling and experiencing new places. We travel often to Adelaide where our daughter lives, but also regularly travel to Sydney and the Gold Coast where we have lived. These will be our usual destinations, but we are looking to explore other areas of Australia. Our home is well maintained and we have experience renting, so will keep your home in excellent condition.

The House

Large two storey modern house, with open plan kitchen and living area downstairs and 3 large bedrooms upstairs, all with Queen sized beds. Note the 4th bedroom has been locked off and cannot be used.

There is direct access to a park with oval, exercise equipment and children's play equipment.

We have a veggie garden and fruit trees out the back and an attractive, low maintenance garden at the front.

The things we love about living here

  • Located in a quiet cul-de-sac;
  • Lovely northerly aspect with the sun streaming in;
  • Open, green spaces, and the Yarra River parklands;
  • Cycling trails;
  • Footy and cricket are are played during the year and can be watched from our deck;
  • Buses to the city are within a 500m walk;
  • Close to Eastern Freeway
