We enjoy getting outdoors together, bike riding, ball games, beaching, as well as reading, drawing together, watching movies and playing cards. We are two engaged parents, with myself at home full time and my my partner Gary working as a plumber and yoga instructor. Our children are Grace (13), Raf (9), Sol(6), Moses (3) and Ren (9 mths). While we are a large family, we are used to living in normal family sized homes and are confident in our families ability to be respectful and relaxed whilst staying in another families space. We are looking to visit anywhere in Australia, but specifically homes that provide easy access to the outdoors - parks, rivers, beaches, bikeways etc. We look forward to hearing from you!

Our home has beautiful open plan living with stone bench tops, dishwasher, microwave, gas and electric cooking, reverse cycle air con, wood combustion heater. It's comfortable all year round, cool in summer has easy to keep warm in winter. The bathrooms and kitchen are clean and modern.
The master bedroom has a king bed, ceiling fan, ensuite and private french doors to the back deck, outdoor shower and garden. There is also a cot in this room.
Down the hallway in the other 3 rooms, there is a King single bed, a queen bed and a single. Two of the rooms would have room for a mattress on the floor two. All rooms have ceiling fans. The main bathroom has a bath with seperate shower.
We have attractive undercover outdoor living space with easy access to the kitchen, and BBQ. Our garden is private and lovely to be in with lawns, fire pit, climbing tree, trampoline and cubby house.
We are 750m to the beach, walking distance (20mins) to the shops, along quiet streets and pathways, famous coffee and food at Kuti Shack (surf life saving club) and have a playground just near by. Bike riding (longer walk!) gives access to the main township, cafes, Murray river, and playgrounds. There is also the Encounter Bike way which provides a scenic ride to the neighbouring coastal towns of Middleton and Port Elliot.
