We are a family of four and occasionally six when my step sons are home. We love the beach and anything outdoors related. Our children are 11 months, almost 3, 12 and 15. As a family of four we are looking for house swaps anywhere and are open to most times of the year as our business allows us to work remotely.

Karma cottage is a beachside coastal cottage with room for the whole family. Our home is walking distance to surfing beach Shelly Beach where you'll find an 18 hole golf course with restaurant and bars, local surf club with Cafe open from 6am and ocean view restaurant upstairs with additional bar.
We are a family of four with two children the youngest 11 months old and the eldest almost three years old. Both children's bedrooms have single mattress montessori style floor beds. We have two older children who live with us occasionally 12 and 15, this bedroom has two single beds inside.
Our low maintenance single level home has two living areas, one with a futon for additional sleeping options for larger families. Our indoor/outdoor dining area is perfect all year round. We have a small garden with a sandpit, outdoor play kitchen for children and BBQ. We have an outdoor home office perfect for anyone needing to do a little work while on a swap.
Inside the garage you will find bikes, more children's toys and inflatable paddling pool for this warm afternoons having a BBQ and watching the kids play.
The Entrance foreshore has entertainment, restaurants, farmers markets, mini water park for younger kids, playpark, outdoor gym and ocean baths.
