Our house is located in Maleny town, a short 10 min walk to all the cafés and restaurants. We are located in a peaceful cul de sac looking out onto a green zone. In the river accross the house (the Obi Obi creek) we can regularly spot Platypuses. Maleny is a vibrant country town, surroundings are always green and lush. We have a backyard with veggie patch, fruit trees and exotic garden behind our al fresco area. The backyard is fenced therefore it is dog friendly. Our family is Mum, Dad, daughter 9years old, son 6years old and our groodle. We are looking at going on holidays by the beach sometimes in December/January for a week or two, around the Sunshine coast, Rainbow beach area. Looking forward to hear from you.

La maison noire is a newly renovated self contained studio underneath the main house, with a kitchenette, a bathroom, sitting area and bedroom corner, Wifi and Netflix are available. Our family has 2 primary age children therefore you can expect the sound of an active family coming through from time to time.
The kitchenette has a mobile induction plate, microwave, sink, bar fridge, toaster, kettle, tea, and coffee plunger.
The bathroom has a spacious shower with rainfall showerhead, a toilet and basin.
In the bedroom corner you will find a queen bed with an Emma mattress and pillows voted product of the year in 2023 and CHOICE #1 Top scoring mattress in 2021 and 2022.
The sitting area has a 2 seater couch and the smart TV has Netflix.
The studio has air-conditioning for heating or cooling and a fan.
You can park right in front of the studio.
Outside is a little grassy corner with a bench to sit on and catch the morning sun while sipping your cup of coffee.
La maison noire is located in the township of Maleny, a short 10 min walk from the first coffee shop, you can spot platypus in the Obi Obi creek on your way to town.
