Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in Dee Why, Dee Why, NSW
We are a young and vibrant family of 4 who love out doors, summer days and activities! We would like to travel more, and are willing to house swap! Often we travel with another family who also house swap - sometimes we end up in the same house, it there is room for all of us! We run 2 business, one of which is a cleaning company - we are very house proud and we ensure to keep our house, and yours very clean during stays. Our family is loving and very respectful of other peoples properties. We are also happy to take care of your pets during our stays! We do have 2 cats, who will also need to be taken care of during your stay. They are very loving, lap cuddling animals who thrive off human attention! We hope you like our place, and are willing to swap for a week or two!

We have 3 bedroom house - except 1 bedroom will not be used during the house swap. So essentially 2 bedrooms.
There is 1 bathroom, which has a bath plus shower and double vanity.
There is a seperate toilet.
Also a seperate laundry with 2 washers and 2 dryers :)
Bedroom configuration:
Main bedroom - King bed
1st Bedroom - Bunk Bed - Queen on bottom, single on top
Living room has a queen sofa bed.
Living room has a large 9 seater leather sofa. There is a very large TV with xbox set up. Dining room has a 6 seater table, with room to squeeze in a couple more if needed. Kitchen has all modern accessories, plus the standard fridge and dishwasher.
There is an aircon unit for summer days and a gas heater for the winter. Our garden is a fair size, we have BBQ and Trampoline. And and out door picnic table.
Our house is only 5 years old, its in good working order and is kept very clean. We have bicycles and surfboards which you are welcome to use.
We are located a short 15 min walk on a lovely walk which is flat all the way to the beach. Or a 5 min drive.
Included in our family home are 2 very affectionate Cats. These 2 love lap cuddles, and enjoy sleeping next to you! They are always asking for human attention and you will be smitten with love by them! We do require our guest to give back the love and attention and keep up to their feeding requirements morning and night.
