Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in ONE MILE, Port Stephens, NSW
We are a family of five made up of two teenage children 17yo and 16yo and one 8yo. We love the great outdoors and we are excited about joining Aussie House Swap. Ideally we like to travel during the school holiday period and feel this is the best way to travel without the expense of accommodation to add to the trip.

Single level home with 4 bedrooms two living spaces and open fireplace. Pool with gazebo and out door area. Access to single garage. Ceiling fan in every room but no air conditioning. We are situated a short 300m stroll from One Mile Beach NSW which has a lifeguard all year round.
Our home is an older style home wiyh the living areas, dining and kitchen just updated bedrooms to follow. Our home is set on just under 1 acre and has an Airbnb at the back of the property that is fully self contained and guests have their own space provided with no common space except the driveway. It is very seperate to our house and guests have their own area to utilise. We have Netflix available on two seperate tvs and also an XBox 360 available for your use.

Should the occasion arise to swap homes with Kerrie and Craig then like us you will be feeling most fortunate with your stay. Their spacious home is on acreage cooled by the sea breezes from nearby One Mile Beach and with with great walking tracks along the coastline all just just a few hundred metres away from the house. Sweeping green lawns large shady trees and a beautifully designed pool created a very relaxing atmosphere for us to catch up with our family. Kerrie provided us with a booklet compiled with all the information needed for our ten day stay. We returned home to find everything in order and felt very happy and rested from our house swap. Thank you Kerrie, Craig and family.

We had a lovely holiday house swap at One Mile Beach over Easter 2023. Kerrie was friendly and welcoming and had set up her house perfectly. The house was spacious and very close to One Mile beach - an incredible location. Kerrie and her family looked after our cats and we came home to a tidy and clean house - thanks so much!
