House Swap with us

We have just signed up to Aussie House Swap, so no swaps yet. We are a happy family of four. Glenn is a commercial pilot, Kristy a school teacher and our young children are Tommy and Milly. We are professional, tidy, non smokers. Our children are well behaved and love exploring outdoors. We enjoy bushwalking, biking, swimming, paddleboarding etc. Anything involving nature our family adores. We believe in living a healthy lifestyle and prefer the quieter side of life. Thus, we would love like minded people to swap with. My partner is a Kiwi from Tauranga and we are planning a family trip to the South Island. His mum lives in the farming community of Tapanui. We hope to find a home in the South Island where we can base ourselves, as we explore the beautiful region.

The House

We love our newly renovated home. Four new bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. (One with bathtub)
A new kitchen and a sunroom.
There is a front and rear yard, which can both be completely enclosed.

The things we love about living here

Our house is located 800 metres from iconic Shoal Bay Beach. There you will find numerous restaurants, cafes and a supermarket. You will also find the favourite Tomaree Heads walk.
Behind our house is walking trails (about 800 metres) to Wreck Beach and Box Beach.
There is a bike trail to Fingal Bay. We ride it with the children and it takes about 15 minutes. You can also ride into Nelson Bay via a bike trail.
We love our little bay. It has so many hidden gems.

We highly recommend swapping with Kristy and her family . They have a beautiful home which is very well presented and clean and very close to several beautiful beaches /bike tracks / bush walks and the stunning Shoal Bay .
