We are Jo and Dan, (originally from Melbourne AUS and Manchester UK) and have lived in Sydney for almost 10 years. We're both 37 years of age and enjoy a healthy lifestyle which includes staying active and enjoying all of the lovely experiences Sydney's Eastern beaches offer. (Swimming, coastal walks, running, picnics, coffee and great food!) Sometime's it get's a little too comfortable around the beaches but we do like to venture out to other parts of Sydney to experience great restaurants/bars/pubs. We live a relatively quiet life in our apartment, cooking and hosting our friends from time to time. We also enjoy design and creating a comfortable environment to live in. We enjoy local travel around NSW and other parts of Australia when time prevails. We visit family often in Melbourne and try to head overseas once a year/or every 2 years to visit family and experience the world. We are incredibly respectful and considerate of our own living space, hoping to find likeminded people on Aussie House Swap who share similar values.

Our apartment is in the heart of Clovelly, a 10 min walk to the nearest beach and scenic Coogee to Bondi coastal walk. Numerous cafe's a bakeries at our doorstep.
Direct public transport to airport and surrounding suburbs situated across the road from the apartment.
We are the first occupants of the apartment - it's modern and clean, and has great natural light throughout.
Open plan kitchen and living area. Great balcony for relaxing. Fully kitted out kitchen which includes coffee machine.
