Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in MORNINGTON, MORNINGTON, VIC
We are a semi retired couple that love to travel and explore new neighbourhoods. We are very much into the outdoors, fitness, sailing and yoga. Julianne teaches yoga and Andrew volunteers his time at Sailability for the disabled. We will be working at the Australian Open in January 2023 and would love to do a house swap. You get to be in Mornington for a week in peak summer season and we get to live close to Rod Laver Arena. We will respect and leave your house beautifully clean (or as we found it).

We have two bedrooms and a study, two bathrooms and a large lounge separate from the kitchen and dining room. We have heating and air conditioning, an outside courtyard with a BBQ and a double garage. We are a 10 minute walk to the coast and only a 5 minute drive to a number of local beaches. You are very welcome to borrow or bikes and beach gear.
There are many cafes, restaurants and great shopping in Main Street Mornington which is a 10 minute drive. There are over 50 good wineries within a 30 minute drive on the Peninsula.
We are both working at the Australian Open January 2024. We would like to stay somewhere closer to Melbourne Park for this week. Would you like to swap and have a week at our unit in Mornington in prime summer holiday time?
