Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in Tweed Heads, Gold Coast, NSW
We are a retired active couple with family in London (UK) and Canberra (Aust). We are particularly interested in house-swaps near our family. In 2024 we would like to exchange with someone in Canberra for 2-4 weeks between mid August mid September. We are also looking for an exchange in or near London for 6 months (or part thereof) from November 2024.

The spacious unit is in a secure complex; on an island within the Terranora Inlet and the Tweed River system.
A fully screened under cover outdoor area metres from the water surrounded by palm trees, overlooking a sandy beach, provides an idyllic setting for meals or relaxing.
Two bedrooms each with queen size bed and en suite bathroom.
There are no steps and the house is fully established for mobility limited guests.

We stayed at David and Kerry’s home in Tweed Heads for 3 weeks in June 2023. We were blessed with fabulous weather and, with so many things to see close by, we had a brilliant time. There is a flat path along the Tweed River to the beach which we walked or jogged each day, seeing dolphins in the river and world class surfing at Rainbow Bay. Their patio offers a picturesque view of the water and palm trees and was a great spot for meals. David and Kerry were easy to communicate with, and our home was clean and tidy on our return. We would highly recommend a house swap with David and Kerry.
