we are a family in renovate Victorian house in North Melbourne. It is 4 bedroom and about 2km from Melbourne CBD and 1km from University of Melbourne and the Errol Street shops. We are also close to Victoria Markets. We are a family of 4 but our children are 17 and 14, and the 17 year old has finished school and is on a gap year for 2023.

We have a renovated Victorian House 2 km from the centre of Melbourne in North Melbourne. It has high ceilings and very large bedrooms. It has a lovely balcony with a view over a park. The neighbourhood is great with plenty of people who walk their dogs in the park, or take their children to play there. We have city view from the back of the house.

we live very near the city fringe but in a quiet neighbourhood. Right near Victoria Markets, and close to Royal Park. We are near University of Melbourne and the Parkville Medical precinct. Errol street shopping and cafe strip is about 1km away. Tram stop is just down the road.
We have a nearby bakery and also a woolworths. Lots of cafes and a nearby public pool and sports ground
