I am a teacher and my wife is senior manager with a telco. We have a daughter in high school and a son who has just graduated. We have enjoyed a few successful swaps and look forward to more. Our house is well maintained and we look after things carefully. School holidays suit us best and ideally we would like to bring our very gentle and well behaved Cocker Spaniel, otherwise happy for him to be minded.

We live in a modern federation, two story home just 5 minutes walk to the train station and a 20 minute drive to the city centre. We are opposite a park with extensive bike paths and playing fields linking across Sydney. Our home is well maintained with modern appliances and high speed NBN broadband. We have a daughter in high school and a son who has just graduated. There is a pond with 4 easy to maintain fish and a very people centred tonkinese cat. We have also have a cocker spaniel who we would prefer to travel with when possible. Dogs in turn are welcome here with an enclosed back yard and pet flap. We are also EV friendly with a 7kw Type 2 charger installed.
