We are Don and Lisa - nice to meet you! Don is retired (and loving it) and Lisa works in IT. We have travelled extensively and lived overseas in our "earlier" years, and our home for the last 18 years is in Sydney Australia. We have completed 6 successful house swaps - so we are very keen to continue on this adventure.

Our home is right on the waterfront and offers panoramic views across the bay to the Sydney CBD and the Harbour Bridge. Fabulous for sunrises, sunsets and of course the fireworks!! The apartment is very close to Drummoyne wharf and the ferry takes just 15 minutes to the city. You will love the East facing balcony with it's amazing views, BBQ, outdoor seating and the sunshine it brings into the apartment. There is easy level access from the street and just one flight of steps from the garage and pool area. We have recently completed a full renovation including the kitchen, 2 bathrooms, built in cupboards in each of the 3 bedrooms, new carpets and awesome hybrid floors. There is a jetty and boat ramp should you wish to fish, or go out out on the kayaks.

Just six kilometres from the Sydney CBD, Drummoyne is a dreamy suburb of scenic views, yacht clubs, and harbourside living. You can easily walk to all the amenities Drummoyne has to offer. The Drummoyne Wharf where you can catch a ferry to Cockatoo Island, Barangaroo, Circular Quay or in the other direction up the Parramatta River, Birkenhead Point Shopping Centre, Drummoyne Sailing Club, Harris Farm and other local shops, cafes and restaurants, Drummoyne Pool as well as the very popular Bay Run. And it's just a 10 minute drive or bus to Balmain and Rozelle's pubs and eateries.

We stayed at Lisa and Dons home during Xmas and New years for 2 weeks. Absolutely brilliant outlook across the water towards the Sydney Harbour bridge. The new years fire works, whilst relaxing on the balcony, were fantastic. Just a 3 minute stroll to the Drummoyne wharf for very regular ferries/river cats had us at circular Quay with easy transport to anywhere in Sydney. The home is a very modern with a great relaxing layout - and lovely breezes kept us very comfortable. When we weren't out visiting family and friends we just stayed on the balcony looking at the views and action on the harbour bay. Lisa and Don were so easy to communicate with. They left out house immaculate. You really must swap with them.

This was our first house swap and it was a very positive experience. Lisa was great to deal with from start to finish. Excellent communication, a beautiful unit and location. Lisa and Don took care of our home and left it clean, tidy and in good condition. On our return our neighbours told us how lovely Lisa and Don were. Highly recommend a house swap with Lisa and Don.
