We are a mature couple in our late fifties who enjoy travelling and seeing new places. We are non smokers and non- drinkers, very reliable and will make sure your home is well looked after. We have had housesitters many times to take care of our pets over the years and understand how important it is to know that you have people you can trust looking after your home while you are away.

Our house has an amazing pool garden and Bali hut area, making it the perfect place to spend lazy summer days. Great outside entertaining areas with bbq pit, 4 Sun loungers, 6 seater table and sofas for 8. Reverse cycle air con makes it cool in summer and warm and cosy in winter. We are within easy reach of great beaches, parks, public transport and only 15 min into the centre of Perth. We have two queen bed bedrooms, a sofa bed in the study, and a blow up double mattress that can be put in the gym if more beds needed. 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet. Fast wifi, fully equipped study, a gym space with rower, and everything you need to make yourself at home. Fully reticulated gardens that need little care. You will not want to leave!

Duncraig is 15 mins drive north of Perth, 5 mins to the best beaches in WA, near several beautiful parks and Hillary's Marina, as well as 3 large shopping centres with alfresco restaurants and cinemas etc. Public transport right outside the door. A really handy location to get around Perth from.

We loved our stay at Teri and Anthony’s place in Toodyay, we especially enjoyed the local walks in the wandoo woodlands nearby and the peace and quiet…we also loved the fireplace! Everything there is simple but perfectly comfortable and works very well. Also, it is a great country destination just outside of Perth really, not a long drive at all. Teri and Anthony are excellent communicators which is always good!
