2 Storey semi detached house, 3 bedroom and 2 bathrooms and a downstairs powder room. Private small pool and covered outdoor entertainment area with BBQ. Garden at the front of the property. Located on a small island, 5 minute walk from the beach and Cavell Avenue with skyline views.
