We are a retired couple living in the Mandurah area just south of Perth. We worked for many years in the city but then escaped to a country lifestyle 20 years ago We lived in southwest WA for many years and also 10 years near Noosa Qld. We have family in Qld as well as WA so like to visit them as well as explore other areas around Australia and overseas.

A modern house with large rooms, compact yard overlooking over a lovely park. It's only a few minutes drive to the beach and close to all sort of amenities. It has a fabulous large kitchen and scullery, large ensuites and bathroom, Ksize Bed in the master and Qsize in the other. Huge 3 bay garage. We've only been in this house a little while so are still arranging final decorative touches, artwork etc

We live in a residential area just north of Mandurah central. There a loads of gorgeous beaches, parks and green spaces, great facilities and quite a few Golf Clubs if you're that way inclined. It's only a 45min drive north to Perth city and about an hour or so to the beautiful SW full of more beautiful beaches, spectacular forests and fabulous wineries/restaurants to explore.
