Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in Richmond, Inner Melbourne, VIC
We are a mature couple - recent empty nesters with 2 fur babies - cat and dog. An English teacher and Psychologist. We enjoy movies, coffee, reading, eating out, good wine and walking. We are not football fans, so location near MCG is wasted on us. Happy to house swap during footy season (and other times as well). Will also consider a beach stay over Australian Open if tennis is your thing.

A Victorian Cottage close to everything Melbourne has to offer. Walking distance to MCG, Yarra River, restaurants and bars - literally around the corner. Easy access to public transport - trains and trams.
Queen bed in main bedroom, Double bed in second bedroom and Queen sofa bed in third bedroom. Separate study with heaps of books.
Newly renovated open plan kitchen - overlooking garden and modern bathroom/laundry.
Pets negotiable as we have a cat and possibly dog already here.
