Both Deb & I are both retired and keen to visit new places in Australia, with preference to the coastal regions of NSW, Qld and Victoria at this stage. We are open to other states by arrangement.

We live in an over 55 community, close to beaches and other attractions and we are keen to visit and stay at new places in Australia.
We are located near the gateway to the beautiful Port Stephens area, Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and of course the Hunter Valley with its wonderful wineries.
All of the beaches and attractions are short distances away from us and nearby Stockton is serviced by a ferry that takes you to heart of Newcastle.
Our community is run by our residents Association, with various organised activities and functions, such as bowls, tennis, swimming, active over 50 classes and more.
We have 2 small poodle x dogs and if they need to stay they will need feeding, and caring for. If this is the case, our community only allows 2 pets per residence. If we can take them on the swap you are welcome to bring pets.
For those thinking of experiencing the over 55 living, this gives you the opportunity to see if you like it.
House sitters are entitled to use the community facilities after the Community Association is informed which we would do prior to leaving. Sitters under 55 may be permitted on approval of the committee. Only children permitted is the grandchildren of residents, sorry.
