I'm Louise and I turn 50 this year. My partner is Daniel he turns 55 this year. We love snowboarding, diving, fishing, swimming, surfing, paddle boarding and exploring. We will sometimes like to do swaps without my teenagers. I have a 17yr old son who only wants to come on holidays with me if there is a good surf beach or snowboarding mountain as he'd now prob rather stay home and surf with mates and study for his upcoming HSC. I have a 14yr old daughter who is easygoing and very neat and will go anywhere as long as she can keep in touch with her friends on social media. I have a border collie dog Lunah who loves everyone. I have 3 cheeky chickens that are pretty low maintenance and give great eggs daily. Great location one block from shops, cafes, Bermi pub, restaurants, wharf, horseshoe bay. Close to Blue Pool and Beares Beach and Bermagui River, all walking distance. Comfortable home, timber floorboards, rambling garden, private back deck, modern kitchen. Main bedroom has queen bed, 2nd bedroom/sunroom has queen bed. Studio bedroom in backyard seperate to house has king size bed.
