We are both in our late 50s both still working. We have a 10 year medium size labradoodle (14kg)who travels with us. so we would need a pet friendly house. We both enjoy fishing, sightseeing and nice tourist drives.

The house is a brick and tile roof four bedroom two bathrooms double garage in a quiet location on the edge of town. air-conditioned and a wood fire for the winter months. Ceiling fans in bedrooms

The things we love about living here

Mudgee is a great place to visit. There is always something on sports, entertainment. Plenty of coffee shops and restaurants to enjoy. The area has
more than 50 wineries and 30 cellar doors if that’s what you like. There are plenty of things to see and do in this great town/area. Dubbo zoo is only 1.5 hours away for a day trip. Wellington caves, one hour beautiful towns of Kandos & Rylstone 35 minutes. A great place called Dunns swamp in the National Park 20 minutes from Rylstone, The historic town of Gulgong is 20 minutes away
