Hello, fellow swappers!
Our home is situated in a new rural estate in popular Ocean Grove on the Bellarine Peninsula, VIC. It is a peaceful location with beautiful surroundings and great neighbours. Sunset here is gorgeous and many colours litter the sky. Something we appreciate here daily!
Our home is brand new, very clean, light and bright, non smoking and mould/damp free. Our home is able to comfortably sleep 7 people, plus a baby. We get lovely warm sunshine pouring through the living areas of the home.
Master bedroom is a boho vibe and relaxing space. It features a luxury queen bed. It is warm, peaceful and full of lovely furnishings that will have you feeling at ease at the end of a long day. It has an ensuite attached with double vanity/sink.
Bedroom 2: queen bed and tasteful, cosy boho furnishings
Bedroom 3: has a bunk bed and children’s toys. Lower bunk is a double & top is a single.
Bedroom 4: Baby bedroom with cot & toys which your little one is very welcome to use.
We have a second living area at the front of the home which is a relaxation room. This room catches beautiful morning sunshine.
The house has gas heating, air conditioning, smeg coffee machine, dishwasher, large freestanding bath tub, cosy under cover seating area and a BBQ. We have ceiling fans throughout, including in all the bedrooms.
Our lounge room is spacious and a real zen zone. It has peaceful lighting and massive smart TV. Couch is huge and very comfortable.
Netflix, Stan and Disney linked to the TV. We have unlimited WIFI and work station/study.
We are a very clean family. Our home is new and beautiful. We are a non smoking family and ask that you please don’t smoke in our home. Our son gets asthma, so this is a non negotiable. We also have new light carpet throughout, so ask no shoes are worn inside.
We are a 5 minute drive (easy flat walk) to the local shops, cafes and park. There are many beautiful walks and plenty to do here. My
We have a cavoodle. He’s adorable. He will likely be where we will be! If he’s not though, he would require feeding in the morning. This would be arranged depending on the situation.
