House Swap with us

My husband and I recently had our house become half empty with two of our young adults moving overseas and interstate. We would to like spend some more time traveling and seeing new places with our 16 year old son and beautifully kind and calm Australian shepherd Koda.

The House

We have a contemporary modern home with 4 available bedrooms. Master bedroom with walk in wardrobe and ensuite with shower. Second bathroom with bath and shower are shared between the other occupants.
There is an office, tv room, dining, lounge and pool/games room, giving everyone plenty space and comfortable area's to spend time together.

There is a 4x8m swimming pool with plenty of lounging space plus an alfresco with gentle water feature to add to a relaxed atmosphere.

There is a lock up garage and/or space in the driveway for your car.

Unless you are happy to look after our cat, we would have her and our Australian shepherd looked after elsewhere (our preference is to take him with us when we do a houseswap).

The things we love about living here

The house is in a quiet yet very connected area.
Bus and metro are all walking distance, in fact our bus service comes to you via app. request to the nearest metro and shopping centre.
It is easy to visit Sydney CBD or the Northern beaches if you fancy spending the day at the beach.
You can enjoy bush and mountain walks in the nearby Blue Mountains. There is a park and playgrounds for kids near the house, basketball and tennis courts waking distance.
We have a public local indoor and outdoor swimming pool within 5 minute’s drive, a lovely outdoor shopping centre with cafe's and a cinema. It really is easy living.
