Our home 4x2, in a quiet cul-de-sac - 1km from the beach, and 5km from the Busselton Jetty and centre of town.
It is also well positioned to explore the rest of South West WA.
Easy to look after house - deck in backyard, full retic to gardens, vege patches and fruit trees (which you can help yourself to during your stay), bikes in our shed for a easy ride into town.
Ducted AC for the hot days and wood fireplace for winter.

We have a very quiet 10yo tortoiseshell cat, Bea. She loves to sit with and sleep with you. Apart from that, is fed twice a day and her kitty litty tray cleaned. That's all.

We swapped houses with Anthony and Lisa for a week; communication was great from beginning to end and our stay in their Busselton home was comfortable and smooth, with lovely local walks along some bushland next to a nearby nature reserve; the house is in a quiet part of Busselton and we enjoyed the walk to Geographe bay from there too. Their house is spacious and uncluttered with a lovely feel to it. We made friends with their cat Bea, she was shy at first but came out of her shell in the last few days!
